  Efficient and always great Service ( pun intended) !

  I have dealt with RT for a number of years now and at all times they have been simply brilliant.For example this morning whilst I had the car booked in Dan very kindly undertook a Road test with me, to check wheel balancing, as soon as I arrived.

  Poor running and throttle control and MOT

  RT mechanics is an excellent business that is a fine example for other garages to follow. From a welcoming reception to the whole team who, right from the start carry out their work to the highest standard. The customer is always made aware of the diagnosis, work progress, likely costs and a likely completion date. In fact they are honest about the whole process of repairing a vehicle, doing their best to keep costs to a reasonable figure. I wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone needing a good job done on their vehicle and a feeling of satisfaction after of a job done well.

  Tail light repair just before christmas

  I had a rear light cluster fail a few days before Christmas. RT Mechanics were able to get the part and fix the issue in a day. Great service, thank you.

  Not what they used

  We have used this company for over 20 years but sadly success has done what it does to many. The customer care, personal service and friendliness has been replaced with extortionate prices, a lack of service and poor work. Such a shame!

  Highly Recomended

  I have used this garage for over 5 yrs now & I can't recommend them enough, they have saved me so many £100's on different cars over the years. I am a lone woman & they treat me the same as any other customer, they don't reap you off! A customer recommended them to me and now I recommend them to all my customers.

  MOT and Replacing front and rear brakes

  I have been using RT Mechanics for over 10 years now and I have never had cause for complaint. Russ, Dan, Mike and the team provide an exceptional service. They always keep me up to date and communicate in a professional, polite and friendly manner. I trust them implicitly, which is an amazing experience to have in this particular trade!
