The service we received from RU Cooling was excellent throughout. We had a quick response to my request for a quote as well as a helpful comment on a query I raised. The survey visit was soon done and the installation arranged for a couple of weeks later. The installers carried out their work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Apart from the new unit on the bedroom wall and the external unit we would not have known they had been here! All our dealings with Ryan and his team provided confidence of a successful outcome.

Ryan and his team installed Mitsubishi AC's at our home initially in 2025 and then some additional units in 2026. He is very professional, customer focused and service oriented and we were very satisfied with the overall end to end experience so far, right from the first time I reached out to Ryan in 2025 to ask for a quote. The quality of work done and the attention to detail was excellent and he was very responsive to all our requirements, suggestions and questions along the way. We subsequently recommended his services to our friends and neighbours and would highly recommend here as well.

Excellent service from Ryan, he installed three units in the bedrooms. Work was completed efficiently and we have him out every year to service the units. A genuinely nice person who you would be more than happy to have working in your home. Would definitely recommend.

My overall experience with this company was great! We managed to secure a quick installation and Ryan was very accommodating fitting us in even though they were busy. Cody and Brad fitted our units and we were super impressed with them… they were very competent, really respectful and tidied up after themselves beautifully. I highly recommend this company! (And am also quietly very smug and sleeping perfectly peacefully in this crazy heat after having our aircon fitted 👍🏼)

Ryan and his team did an excellent job of installing my air conditioning which wasn't as straightforward as originally thought. They were extremely polite,professional and tidy and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about installing air conditioning
