  Repair collapsed lock

  Lock in UPVC door jammed. Shaun attended within 1 hour; he spent some time trying to repair the mechanism before replacing a particular part. Swiftness of response saved a lot of inconvenience and the discount for an oldie was a welcome bonus

  Locked only set of car keys in car

  Easter Sunday and my car locked itself with keys inside! Whole customer experience was amazing from first contact to quick arrival. Smooth and seamless with very reasonable prices for a bank holiday. Thanks so much! Defo recommend.

  New key for a BMW as car came with only one key

  Sean arrived on time and did a proper job in providing me with a second key for a second hand BMW I bought recently. The van is kitted out with every thing necessary to do what is not s straight forward job as the electronics have to coded as well as the key and it means taking the main board out of he car and connecting to a computer to download the information then reassembling. It all works perfectly and although it's expensive to get a second key I can now see the work involved does warrant the cost. Good job thanks.

  2 car key fix

  Sian was fantastic. Replaced the batery and tought me how to make the car start even when keys out of battery. I had the car for almost 10 years and did not know how to open the car without batery in the key and to use the keys properly.

  Repairing high security lock to front door and advice regarding missing key to double glazed windows

  Sean contacted us very quickly and arrived promptly once we had agreed date/time which was on a Sunday. He was very knowledgable about the lock itself and methodically worked out the issue which caused problems using the thumb turn and eventually prevented the door opening. He started with the least invasive (and cheapest) approach which thankfully worked and also gave great advice about maintaining the lock, getting replacement keys for our windows as well as looking at our catching back gate. Amazing service - very highly recommend - thank you!
