Superb service, one to trust.
Impressed and pleased with the service offered by SDB. We had a leak from our chimney which needed some repointing as well. Communication is superb, plenty of messages and calls from start to finish. Steve was wonderful, came round for a quote at such short notice but was friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't get to meet the workers myself but the work was completed in a very short time frame and the quality of work is very good. And Doug is also a pleasure to speak with, keeping us in the loop with what was happening and when. Great Communication, very approachable
Great experience with SDB from Steve the owner to Doug our project manager and Jack working on site with the others in the team. Excellent communication throughout, anything we were unsure about or that we wanted looked at was no bother at all. We were made to feel valued throughout the process, by everyone we communicated with. Everything was explained in great detail so we knew exactly what was going on. Roofing company that is excellent
The communication with SDB’s Steve & Doug has been excellent, they made suggestions as to what work was needed, offering a comparative and comprehensive breakdown in the quotation. They have been very responsive and kept me informed of every development along the way. The lads doing the work were very polite, hard working and informative, explaining what they were doing and showing photos/ video of work as it was progressing and on completion.
