    Replacement roller garage door

    Great experience, free survey carried out and agreed a price and door replacement, was explained to me the door would require ordering once in to arrange a fitting date, door was fitted yesterday, left the area clean and tidy and great job on the door couldn’t be happier!

    Installation of Roller Garage Door

    Scott and Charlotte were very helpful, informative and courteous when I rang to discuss garage doors. Scott was punctual when he came to carry out the survey and spent time to talk me through the options. He was helpful in guiding me to my final choice. He and Seb were efficient as they carried out the installation and they left the area tidy. They took away the existing door and apparatus.

    Response from SDM Doors

    Whilst it is true we did visit this client, this was done on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend. We continued to exchange messages with client the same afternoon following the survey, as well as sending them a cost the same day. The communication that followed this we decided it was not in our companies best interests to continue with the enquiry. As a company we pride ourselves on a first class service (as all of our other reviews show) however we would like to receive the same level of respect we give clients.

    New garage door

    Excellent service from SDM doors throughout. We wanted a new garage door and they came recommended by our neighbour. Charlotte was quick to reply, sorted a visit quickly, gave me a quote that was reasonable, and SDM then fitted the doors within 2 days of them being delivered. Scott and colleague fitted them in a friendly and efficient manner. Can’t ask for more really! Highly recommended.

    Scott and his team were really good. Arrived on time and completed the work efficiently, courteously, tidily and in the time promised. Very happy with the finished door. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending SDM.
