Avoid - rogue traders
Quoted high, demanded large payment up front, started job, then said it would be an extra £4000 - for what turned out to be one sheet of plywood. Very aggressive attitude. Threatened to strip off the new roof if we didn’t pay. Managed to renegotiate after 3 hour heated debate. Work was ok but roof still leaked, they came back twice but it still leaked. I left an honest review and my brother did one, Sha constantly phoned and texted, increasingly intimidating and threatening. It’s only now I’ve sold the house and moved out of area I feel safe reviewing.

Gutter Cleaning
Worst Roofer with aweful experience. These are Not professional roofers. They were supposed to clean and repair the gutters and instead damaged the roof and removed all the roof tiles and rafters and took £12,000.00 leaving the roof exposed to weather without tiles. Very bad experience. Do Not use these unprofessional people claiming to be roofers. Worst experience ever! I have to find another roofer to fix the Big mess they left without roof on my building and with my money.

Leak in the back of the house
The gentleman who came out to have a look at out roof as it was leaking was extremely polite and very friendly. There was no call out fee which made us call the company and they were very reasonable and quick to do the job

Partial roof repair/replacement
Simply the best! Sha Roofing provided a first class service.Very quick response to my enquiry, scheduled an inspection the same day, gave a good quote and the works were carried out the following working day. Superb crew,they worked tirelessly and even carried out extra works to make sure everything is perfect. They did a tremendous job and finished in one day - another company wanted 2 days to complete.Before and after photos and a full brief given at completion. Couldn't be happier,the work was carried out with professionalism and high skill.I will not go anywhere else in the future. Highly recommended.
