S J Homewood Limited is an established family run business based in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex.

We have been working in the construction industry for more than 25 years specialising in Groundwork, Building & Adventure Mini Golf Construction. Our company has been proud to offer the very best services to a wide range of domestic and commercial customers across the East Sussex and Kent areas completing groundwork and brickwork on new builds and extensions, constructing new Block Paved Driveways, Roadways and Walkways and laying Indian Sandstone paved Patios. 

We also construct, service, repair and maintain swimming pools and hot tubs.  At our offices in Broad Oak Brede Rye, we also have a large showroom onsite displaying a wide range of Hot Tubs, Spas, Saunas, above ground pools, pool & spa chemicals, toys and games, patio, gas bbq's, charcoal and lots more.

We have also constructed adventure golf courses in Hastings, Old Town Brean Sands, Somerset, Dundrum, Dublin, Ireland, Nottingham Castleford Leeds, and most recent St Davids shopping centre Cardiff Wales.

S J Homewood employ fully skilled staff to take on contracts, completing the work on schedule and to specification. Stuart has over 25 years experience in the construction industry and has gained the experience and necessary qualifications in all aspects of the work that his company completes.

We complete a wide variation of works covering new builds, extensions, roads, drives, paving and landscaping for our domestic customers.

S J Homewood is currently working on a redevelopment project in Hastings old Town constructing a new Plaza style eating area with modern street furniture and a new Fish & Chip restaurant serving locally sourced fresh fish.
