We recently had our bathroom renovated by this company and, overall, the experience was neutral. The team were friendly, approachable and generally pleasant to have around, and we appreciated their willingness to get the job completed. That said, there were a number of issues and what we would consider to be avoidable “schoolboy errors” along the way. We experienced leaks which required additional work to put right, as well as various items not being installed, fitted or set up as neatly and professionally as we would have expected. Friendly folks, quoted me a reasonable price and were very accommodating to my requests. Helped me source exactly the shower tray I needed and fitted it, even preserved the existing shower door so I didn’t have to shell out for a new one :)
