Excellent work and a very good customer experience. Friendly, efficient and focused on ensuring that the job was done with care and attention.

As at today [28/10] 29+ weeks after initial contact with SRG, 10+ weeks after arranging an appointment to do the work, and 3+ weeks after failing to show on said date then promising us a new date, still no reply received with a new date. As at today we are £168 out of pocket for work we didn’t even want, still have no wired doorbell and are no closer to getting the work we did actually want in the first place completed. I have no idea if this company doesn’t want or doesn’t need the work, either way we’re done chasing, they are no longer a ‘trusted trader’ or welcome in this household.

Highly recommend SRG. Quote was done quickly. Work was carried out to a high standard on the expected date. Very professional and trustworthy.

These guys are the dream! Scott quoted 3 weeks ago, gave me a price I was very happy with, turned up on time with both his sons, did the work to a high standard and left leaving the area clean:) Will be recommending to anyone who mentions they need work doing! Thank you Scott and boys:))
