He always answered my phone calls and text messages promptly and was happy to offer helpful advice throughout the project. All of the contractors he used were experienced, skilled, and professional, and the quality of the work was excellent. After my builder decided not to show up for a job of installing a new kitchen, utility and pipework leaking under a concrete kitchen floor, I contacted ST Property Services, who came out promptly to quote. The owner was kind and compassionate about my predicament, quoted a fair price quickly, and was able to do the job within a matter of weeks. His team were absolutely fantastic: extremely professional, hard working, tidy, polite and very courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. They’ve done a fabulous job and I’m simply over the moon at the quality of workmanship and end result.

Sam and his team have been in over the years to carry out various work. They have just completed a boiler replacement and I could not be happier. Everything from the inital visit where Sam explained my options to receiving the quote which was competitively priced through to the work being carried out and finished, went smoothly. Anything that Sam had to move to do the work was put back exactly as it was and I have to say you would not have known anyone had been in to do the work the whole house was left spotless. Highly recommend the team and will be using again, thank you.
