Egis was polite, effcient and did a good job!
I contacted the Locksmith and we arranged a date for him to meet us at our beach hut which needed a replacement lock. He was on time but contacted my husband for directions as it turned out he was at the wrong car park, so couldn't find us. He brought all the necessary tools to do the job, which he did quickly and effciently. He was friendly, tidy and polite.

Broken French door lock
I lifted the handle to lock the French doors but it went up too far and wouldn't go down below the horizontal and so the doors were stuck shut from inside and out. Amazingly, Safelock were able to upen the doors without damaging them and replaced the broken gearbox mechanism, but kept the existing barrel and keys. I'm delighted; I thought I was looking at new doors. I will definitely be using them again to de-mist some UPVc panes and replace another lock before it fails.

Replace the gearbox on a multi point locking system
Called late afternoon after the latching system on the door had failed. He came straight out and made the lock safe and then ordered parts which were fitted three days later. Excellent service and quoted price.
