Totally positive experience and we are not necessarily easy people. Ken is delightful to work with, so easy to have in the house and his work is 100% professional. He knows what he is doing, is respectful to the client and gets on with the job. He is finishing the new bathroom today and we are so happy with it. Full bathroom installation
Ken recently finished installing a new bathroom from scratch for us, involving merging two rooms by removing a partition wall and careful levelling of the uneven floor. All old fittings were ripped out and replaced, new stud walls created, decorative cladding was fixed to the walls. Ken's work is of a very high standard. He kept us informed of everything going on and gave lots of help and advice on any issues or options. In addition he's a nice person and good to have around - he also helped us with some kitchen plumbing issues.
