Complete waste of time and money. I was charged £120 due to a suspected leak from an internal, boxed in stack pipe and I was assured by Michael that Ryan would find the leak for the £120 ph and then I would be quoted for repairs. He cut open the boxed in area in two different areas yet found no leak despite there being clear signs of a leak showing on the walls and floor. He then made some ridiculous suggestions about the leak coming from the roof and travelling all the way through the house to the kitchen floor. Left the house in a complete mess and never came back as promised.

We carried out a full inspection and opened the boxing as agreed. We found no leak from the internal stack pipe, and explained clearly that the damp signs were consistent with water getting in externally and tracking through – checking the roof/stack flashing is a very common cause of this issue.
All findings were explained to you before we left, and the area was left clean and tidy. We have not had any contact from you about concerns until this review was posted.
