    A very quick response from the company to assess the problem which turned out to be quite complex and not responding to rods and plunger. Terry came early next day to remove the toilet and also the offending obstruction which was the plastic casing of a rim fitted toilet cleaner. I am very happy to have a properly working toilet!

    Breakdown occurred over the weekend and engineer, (Terry) arrived on time mid-morning Monday. Very professional and efficient, left no mess and repaired the unit and gave good advice to avoid reoccurrence of the problem, (user error).
