We are absolutely delighted with our new timber windows and would highly recommend this company. The service was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial advice and detailed survey through to the helpful, responsive office support and careful installation, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The windows look fantastic, retain the character and appearance we wanted, and have been finished to an excellent standard. What impressed us most was that everything happened exactly as explained, exactly when we were told it would, with excellent communication.

We had our two front sash windows replaced by this Company. The guy who came to quote was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After obtaining two other quotes, for comparison, we decided to go ahead with The Specialist in Sash Windows. The two guys, Arran and Adam, who fitted the windows, were brilliant. They arrived ahead of scheduled time each day, worked non-stop, cleaned up really well before they left and their attention to detail was second to none. We are delighted with our new windows and the service we received and would highly recommend this Company.

From start to finish it was a pleasure working with this company. From, quote, survey to the fantastic fitting. I cannot find fault. Prompt with everything. The quality of the windows is excellent and the fitter was so friendly and professional. Every area was left immaculate. Highly recommend.
