A very prompt response to our inquiry and a quick follow up to assess the issue of overflowing gutters. Careful not to overpromise what could be achieved. Alex came a couple of days later and worked diligently in awful weather to make a real difference to the gutters and downpipes. One problem of overflowing gutters solved, keeping our conservatory leak-free; one issue remains, probably the result of a saturated soakaway after a very wet spell.
