We called in Sheerwater Glass yesterday to unlock a bathroom window that could not be opened. Matt soon identified the issue as a broken internal fixing which he replaced and got the window to open again. Matt was very helpful in explaining the problem and in showing how we could use a silicone spray to lubricate the moving parts of the window mechanism, so as to reduce the risk of any future jamming. He also had a look at some other windows to advise how they could be made to work better. Very pleased with his help.

Recently had front and back doors replaced and a couple of double glazed windows fixed. Both the fitters and the office staff were helpful. Fitters arrived promptly knew what they were doing , polite and cleaned up after themselves. Put dust sheet down to protect the floors.

Nick came to remove a cat flap and refit previous glass. I also asked him to look at the bifold doors which had dropped and wouldn’t open. He did a great job at mending them so I can now open them properly for the first time in a year. He also provided follow up advice. I would definitely recommend the company.

Great service from first visit to the telephone call from “Lexi” after completion of the job. All staff were polite helpful and seemed to really want to offer a top quality service. Delighted with the work - they cleared up afterwards too😁

Without doubt the go to people in this area for anything Window related. We had 2 new Windows installed and some repairs done to other Windows. Both separate jobs were completed with the utmost care and professionalism, with Zero mess left at all. Even after the upstairs windows were changed complete you would never have known the guys had been here all day doing it (apart from the new windows themselves !). Cannot recommend highly enough , very easy and polite to deal with on the phone, and the fitters are just excellent at what they do.
