Efficient, tidy, nice to deal with.

While having my boiler replaced, it was identified a screw had been screwed in to the ring main. The Shine Electrics team came out the next day to fix the connection and allow the boiler installation to proceed with minimal delay. The team were neat and tidy and very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Great customer focus, excellent work and reasonably priced.

From the point I advertised the job on Checkatrade Tom and his team have been excellent. Tom came to the property within a few days of the advert to discuss the project, took some notes and details and had a quote for me a few days later. He was flexible - things needed to change as the job evolved and nothing was a problem. Communication was excellent and Tom was always available to answer questions and give his expert advice. He completed the job within the agreed time frame. Overall I couldn’t be more pleased with the job and Tom and team are a great ‘crack’ as my partner says! Thanks Shine
