Very tidy and totally pleased with everything. No complaints

The shutters look fantastic and the installation was seamless - they did a brilliant job and had tided away and cleaned up before they finished too. Absolutely superb, I can’t recommend them enough!

While the products are very nice quality, unfortunately the products in this instance do not comply with building regs due to the nature of the windows being fire escapes. The company T&Cs confirms they are obliged to follow current regulation. Unfortunately in my instance they have not. Furthermore they have adjusted the configuration of the shutters after the final survey which I didn’t notice. Now the shutters open in the opposite direction to the window making it difficult to access.

I was very impressed with the whole process. The surveyor who did the measurements was extremely thorough and explained everything thoroughly. The fitters were extremely good and made no mess at all. I did not have to touch up any of the paintwork around the windows and they left the house extremely tidy and removed all the rubbish. I would recommend your company and have in fact passed your details on to my sister.

I am thrilled with my new shutters. I cannot fault Shutters Up and am already thinking of having more windows done. I would recommend them to anyone. They kept me informed from day 1. The office based staff are great. The work was completed perfectly, the guys who came were friendly and personable. They left the house clean and tidy.
