We are delighted with our new bathroom and Simon was a pleasure to work with. He discussed everything fully with us and there were only a couple of additions to the original quote following requests that we made. Simon took care and attention in all aspects of the job and the result is a stunning bathroom that we are confident will last for many years.

Simon was very professional, helpful from start to finish talked through what would be required and where he'd need access to for the work, was happy to talk things through once with my partner and a second time with me, now have hot water, much improved water pressure and heating working far better than it had ever been with the previous system. Cleaned after job was finished and even checked up after the weekend to make sure everything was working well. Will 100% be recommending Simon to mates and will be using him again!

Prompt response to my enquiry, called to talk through the job and received a quote the next day. Simon managed to fit us in quickly. Arrived on time, was incredibly professional and friendly. Job completed in a timely manner and ensured I happy with the work completed. Would recommend.

Simon Thomas was highly reccommended to us via another of his customers who has had Simon do a number of jobs in her house over a period of time. He came at short notice prior to taking on the job and advised us the best way forward and spoke to our builder on the phone to get information about the plan of where our plumbing went. He arranged to return to do the job after our builder had removed part of the kitchen and part of the ceiling to gain access to the site of the leak. Simon arrived punctually and was excellent in every manner of dealing with the replacement pipes. Also cleaned up.
