• Several jobs, most recently installing a firewall in a shared loft space.

  Mark's done a few jobs for us (& has recently helped in renovating my step-son's house) so we knew we could trust him with retroactively installing a firewall between us and next door where the houses had been originally built with an open shared loft. As before Mark was incredibly helpful, turning the work around for us in a short time scale and making sure that it was up to current safety codes so it could get signed off by the building inspector asap. It really was not an easy job, but he made it happen despite the obstacles and drove the project forward. We can happily recommend him.

• Complete redecoration of flat that the tenants had trashed

  I was so impressed by Mark on this job. We had a flat that the outgoing tenants left in a complete state. It needed a full redecoration in a very short space of time. Mark worked tirelessly to get the job done for the new tenants to move in. How he did it so quickly and to such a good standard I have no idea. He even helped liaise with other trades that needed to come in like the carpet fitters and the waste removers so the job went super smooth with virtually no hassle for me at all. I can only speak so highly of Mark, his work, his work ethic and his helpfulness. We would highly recommend!

• Painting a ceiling, fixing a wobble toilet and new wall insulation

  I had a few things I’d asked Mark to look at and he was really efficient at all of them. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to easily explain to me what problems were and how they could be addressed. His communication was brilliant and professional and he kept me up to date on what was being done and how long it would take. The jobs were completed efficiently and to a really high standard. I will definitely be using him again and have recommended to friends! Thanks so much Mark!
