Steve was very patient while waiting for our sale to complete, the work was booked in on a convenient date and a very pleasant and friendly gentleman (who’s name I can’t remember) turned up on time, and carried out the work efficiently. No complaints and would recommend.

We decided to engage with Smart Property Care for rising damp on the basement floor of our Mum's house based on the positive reviews given on Check a Trade. We found that all comments made were validated. Steve and Jay were prompt, professional and supportive from our first engagement with them and throughout the work. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained and much consideration was taken to look after the property, but more importantly our Mum who had to remain at the property during the work. We cannot rate Jay, who undertook the work, highly enough.

I'm not one to normally leave reviews but, praise where praise is due, I found Smart Property Care Reliable, Punctual, and hard working and they done an excellent job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company. Good luck with looking for anybody better.

The job was carried out quickly and a comprehensive report sent. Steve was very helpful with advice. Altogether a great service and highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team addressed the woodworm issue in my dining room. Jay explained each stage of his work and was happy to answer all my questions. Work was completed quickly, very neat and tidy and I’m pleased with my new floor. Would use again. Definitely recommended.

I found Smart Property Care a pleasure to work with. On time everyday and carried out the work diligently. It was most refreshing to meet a tradesman who did not spend all day vaping or on his phone!
