Warm, Personal, Efficient and Professional
They provided excellent service from quotation to fitting. I was helping my elderly mother, from a remote location, communication was vital; Gurpal was outstanding throughout, clearly explaining options, both verbally and with photos, helping us choose the right patio doors and utility room windows. Access restrictions meant the patio doors had to be assembled on site, but this was handled professionally, without any increase to the agreed price. Everything ran smoothly, deadlines were met, and the quality of the installation was excellent. Replaced front door to a composite door. Replaced back door to a UPVc door.
Good customer service. Very friendly service throughout from Gurpal, the initial salesman, to the fitters. The quality of the work has been of a high standard. Front door and windows replacement
I have used SmartGlaze UK services to replace the front door and a few windows after requesting a quote on the app. Gurpal promptly called me to arrange a face to face consultation and to discuss a free quote. He showed up very professional with a brochure of a range of windows and doors models. Once the quote has been agreed, Gurpal kept me updated with the manufacturing timeframe. Replacement UPVC door
Gurpal from Smartglaze came out to give a quote for replacing an external side door. He was very knowledgeable about the product and type of door which he could supply and fit. He gave extensive and clear information and allowed the opportunity to ask questions. His quote was very competitive within my expected price range. His Team came out in 2 weeks and was very professional and completed the fitting to a very high standard under two hours. All rubbish was swept up and the old door was taken away. I would book this company again and would recommend them to other customers.Job location: B33
