  Excellent Heat Pump, Accumulator and radiator installation

  Richard and his team were fantastic, from front of house and administrator Zoe who was very pleasant to the team of Richard, Jeryl, Jake, Cameron and Tom. Heat pump expertly and friendly designed and architected. When it came to the installation the team were on time every day, clean, good natured, friendly, consultative and the standard of workmanship was excellent. You cannot go wrong here if you are choosing Richard and the team - this is a proper outfit. Wouldnt go anywhere else now, even for servicing as i trust these guys.

  Kai and Tommy, and Richard, are very responsive.

  Annual boiler service arranged, and all work carried out. Kai arrived on time and got on with the service. All good. Issued the service report after the work was done. Efficient job

  Smiths installed a new boiler for us

  We had good communication leading up to the install day and they arrived promptly on the day. The guys were very polite and tidied up after themselves at the end of the day. Install went smoothly and pipework looks very neat and tidy. All rubbish was removed after install. Richard explained the new controls and set up the App on my phone. Alround great company and would definately use again and recommend.

  First time using Smiths Heating Services Ltd, I can honestly say, they are amazing. I moved into a business premises, with no hot water or heating due to old boiler being faulty. Richard came to check everything on site, gave me a quote later that day, within a couple of days they were here to install. they checked every single radiator, hot tap was working and because the business had had rooms added on, they checked and explained to me what boiler does what area and the thermostats.....Will regularly use from now on
