  Not a straight forward installation, but what I was promised initially was ignored when they installed and damaging garage wall and guttering. Also barely buried the cables from the garage despite attempts to fix it is still getting exposed as only a couple of inches below surface. It took over 7 months, needing repeated chasing, to get right which cost me monthly due to system drawing from grid when battery full, and ignored my request to for compensation. Most staff were good to deal with when you can get hold of, but a couple were close to rude. Not cheap or worth high rating

  Solar Service Solutions are an excellent company. From start to finish everything was done efficiently and exactly when they said it would be done. If there were any hiccups we were informed immediately. Cannot fault them at all.

  Installation of 47 ground based panels and associated equipment and cabling

  Their quote was the best. Having had poor experiences of other companies, dealing with Solar Service Solutions was a breath of fresh air. Often it is better to judge a company on how they overcome problems. My installation was a little out of the ordinary and did experience a few hiccups especially with cabling. These were dealt with professionally and quickly and all the staff I met were exceptionally polite and helpful as were the back office staff whose contact was by telephone or email. I was delighted with the outcome and have no reservations at all in commending them to other clients.

  It has been a pleasure to work with Solar Service Solutions.Friendly,Responsive Efficient.I have asked many questions along this journey and SSS have always answered them speedily and been very helpful. The system has exceeded my expectations even in the current weather. I am not a green evangelist and approached this project on a purely financial basis.I am cautiously optimistic of the benefits. I had a higher spec system than SSS initially offered but only because I believe in belt and braces. I have no hesitation in recommending Solar Service Solutions

  Fit solar panel system

  The personnel were all easy to work with, very professional .Throughout any questions I had were answer swiftly and this continues now the installation is complete. The ONLY minor criticism I have is there were what I consider to be admin issue around the installation which was a little disappointing but it in no way affects my overall feeling that SSS are an excellent company to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.It is only 48 hours since installation and I am already seeing big savings even though the weather has been a little dull.

  Solar thermal not working. Tasked to send plumber to fix and service system.

  System stopped working again after 6months. After repeated phone calls when they promised to call me back and never did they have now said that no longer do solar thermal and do not offer a warranty.
