    I phoned George at 4pm and he offered to come out the following afternoon. When he was delayed at his previous call, he kept me informed and said that he would still come, if I was agreeable, even though that meant his working into the evening. He arrived when he said he would and soon diagnosed and fixed the problem. He even tidied up some of my dodgy wiring! He was cheerful, even though the weather was foul!

    My satellite dish was loose and the tv picture was unwatchable. I rang George on Monday and he was able to come out the next day. He replaced my old dish very quickly and was very friendly. As an elderly unwell woman I really appreciated his prompt visit and his friendly manner.
