  Mitch and his team were great, always turned up when they said they would, always clean the site before the end of the day, lads were polite and Mitch did his best to help us save money with different ideas and suggestions.

  Roof repair

  Single storey extension

  I engaged South Downs Builders to build a single storey extension, incorporating a new kitchen, laundry and cloakroom. The whole Project was well run and managed. Communication between the Builder and Trades was excellent. I always knew what was happening, deliveries arriving, other Trades arriving etc. Access to my property is shared, at all times my neighbours were kept informed of deliveries. My neighbours commented on the courtesy of every one involved. I lived in the property during the Project. Each evening the site, inside and outside was left tidy and secure.

  Fixing a leaking roof

  What a great service. We had a leaking roof section which several other people had tried to fix without success. Southdowns' roofer came around, diagnosed and fixed the problem within the space of half an hour. Several deluges since and we have had no leakage whatsoever. Very impressed.

  Damp 😱

  Mitch’s team tackled four problems where damp was getting in after heavy rain. The house is now sealed and cosy for the winter! Brilliant efficient work done cheerfully and politely and the guys even swept up afterwards. Perfect service 🤩
