Ryan came round as agreed and immediately identified the issues. Installed a new aerial and replaced our old signal splitter. All work was done efficiently and he cleared up after him. Very pleased with the experience.

Ryan responded to my request the same day. He was on time, gave me plenty of advice and explained the options. He realigned my satellite dish after it was dislocated by scaffolding and replaced the LNB. I got the sense he was really thorough and my picture is now excellent. Ryan did a brilliant job following some storm damage on my very old roof TV aerial. He went above and beyond in sorting out some unexpected problems including a satellite dish that had worked loose. He stuck to the original price quoted despite the job taking much longer than expected. The amount charged was very reasonable and as a bonus there was no additional VAT to pay. I have no hesitation in thoughly recommending Ryan.

My mother's TV suddenly stopped receiving a signal from the satellite dish, which on inspection was very rusty. An appointment was quickly arranged for Ryan to visit to install a replacement. Ryan arrived on time - calling ahead of his arrival to advise that he was 15 minutes away and completed the job swiftly. TV is now fully functional again - thank you Ryan. Very happy with the work completed and the price.

Ryan came round the day after we called and was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly. He took and showed me pictures of my roof and where the problem was and kept me informed. He went the extra mile to fix a leak in the roof and charged what I thought was a reasonable price.
