We had an onsite visit to assess and provide advice and a quote; this was clear and helpful. We booked the work, which was done within a week or so and done well. Site was left in good order and advice given on how to use remote monitor. Price was competitive.

Oil tank replacement/installation

Oil tank base replaced and new oil tank installed. The two engineers were efficient and courteous especially as my elderly parents were quite anxious regarding the work that needed to be done. Now I can rest assured that the heating system is safe and sound for the coming winter.

Very efficient and courteous telephone communication and prompt responses to emails. The initial visit to assess the work was prompt and professional. The installation team arrived punctually and completed the work very quickly. Charged for a full day’s work which only took around 3 hours. On querying this, I received a comprehensive explanation of the costing process and was given a small good will discount. Good overall service.

Replace heating oil tank

Surveyor produced practical solution to awkward siting problem, recommended tank that met slightly complicated circumstances,. On installation day team arrived on time and carried out installation according to plan, finishing and leaving site clean and tidy by 4pm. Great job.
