Only contacted Southern Thermal 7th July 26 very impressed with Aaron who identified ducted heat pump system in the loft of my bungalow vented into 3 rooms providing cool air in the summer and warm air in winter and 3 weeks later it’s fully installed and up and running fantastic job. Installation team Martin and Mason were first class no mess whatsoever. The whole process has been stress free explained at every stage I would definitely recommend this competent local supplier.

Very professional from start to finish. Quick and timely installation. Very friendly and helpful and showed me how to use the unit. Very happy as I can finally sleep in this heatwave. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I Have air conditioning installed into our park home , by the very professional Aaron and his team . Clean ,tidy . Good instructions on how to use it . Nice and quick and has instantly given us relief . Would recommend these guys to anyone 10/10

During a regular boiler service Aaron identified a serious problem and recommended that I needed new boiler. He took the time to show me the problem and explained the issue to me. Aaron gave me different options and price bandings for a new boiler to help me make an affordable choice. The quote was prompt and we arranged a mutually suitable date for the work to be completed. He and his team supplied and fitted a new boiler, they were polite, efficient, clean and tidy. I was given a clear explanation about my new boiler and thermostat. I would highly recommend Southern Thermal.

We got 3 estimates and assessments and decided to proceed with Southern Thermal having been advised by Martin. Date was booked, Aaron and Martin arrived at 8.30 am and completed the fitting of the air conditioning a day quicker than expected. The work was completed without any mess, no moaning from Aaron and Martin just a very professional job. Aaron made a suggestion to improve our water heating so we have them returning to our home. Great service respectfully conducted.

Thoroughly impressed with Southern Thermal on our air conditioning installation. We had spoken to several companies for quotes, but Aaron at Southern was the only one to visit and talk through our plans and made recommendations which we hadn’t thought about. Office Manager, Louise, was very prompt emailing quotes, answering questions and arranging commencement of work. Installation undertaken by Martin. He took time to make sure his understanding of work was correct and kept us advised on progress. Before Martin left, he made sure the work area was left as found and talked through instructions
