Responded quickly to my message. Fast to arrangement appointment, all issues with the hot tub fixed. Excellent communication, highly professional job. Would not use anyone else now. Highly recommended following such a positive experience!

Just had new Hot Tub delivered from Spa Fix, we have been with them on a maintenance contract for our old Hot Tub for the last 10 years. We have always had Excellent service. Contacted Carl, Less than a week ago, about buying a new one and from point of contact with Carl, to insulation today, we can not believe what an Absolute Fantastic service we have had. Carl was responding to our emails even at 06.00 and his Engineers today were ~absolutely Fantastic, We Really can not recommend them enough

I've been with Spafix for a few years now - I have a maintenance contract in place with them for my hot tub. They've been great - they've always been great so about time I left a review! Gary's my favourite engineer - he knows the quirks of my hot tub and is always good to have a natter with. But all the folks at Spafix are great so I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Amazing service, does everything and more

Great service from beginning to end. Carl stayed late so we could view the Spas. He was knowledgable and informative. He managed to get us a quick delivery so the tub was fitted ready for a special occasion. Again out of his normal working hours Carl did a site visit to ensure his team could get access to the garden so the installation ran smoothly on the day. As we were unable to be there when it was fitted he returned to give us a demonstration and hand over when we had finished work. Great service, great hot tub.

Excellent and professional service from the branch manager Carl answering my initial enquiry at 10.30pm on a Saturday evening, to the full installation being completed within a 2 week turnaround. The guys who fitted it, were polite, very informative and I would def use them again / recommend them - many thanks A++
