Called Spin Doctor to fix broken dishwasher. Came the next day. Had a look at a panel at the bottom and said “you’ve got water in your electrics so machine isn’t repairable”. Then tried to sell me a new one for £450 which I could buy for £219 on AO! When I said I’d shop around he decided to have another look and surprise surprise he fixed it in less than 5 mins with no new parts needed. He said he would do a follow up courtesy call to check it did a full cycle ok but never did. I wouldn’t ever use them again or recommend to anyone.

Super speedy to attend, problem fixed on the first visit, but most of all, it’s so refreshing to be charged fairly. £99 call out and labour fee, £30 for parts. I’m so happy we found spin doctor, we would have bought another machine. He saved us hundreds, could not recommend highly enough. THANK YOU

The Spin Doctor repairman did a great job and kept me well informed at all stages of the repair. I'll be more than happy to use this company again if I need to have a domestic appliance repaired.

Milk and some foodstuffs were going off prematurely in my ten-year-old built-in fridge/freezer. I contacted Spin Doctor on a Thursday afternoon, they visited the following morning and diagnosed a failing compressor (luckily we caught it before complete failure and loss of all food in the freezer). The appliance was not economical to repair but engineer Chris measured up, confirmed they had a unit in stock which would fit, and had it delivered and installed that afternoon. Excellent service and Spin Doctor's staff were polite, friendly and competent. I can thoroughly recommend them.
