Internal and external painting
As usual Rory completed the job to his high standard. He also installed two blinds and replaced a waste pipe. Highly recommended.

Exterior house painting and replacing a plastic roof on a side access
Rory was polite, professional and took on a job that had been started by a very poor tradesman who had left it in a poor state. The quality of his work was excellent and his quote was a fair price. We will certainly be keeping his number for any other work.

Rory painted the exterior of our house as we had just had the back wall rendered.
Rory communicated with us and rearranged dates as he had been told to self isolated. He was punctual and looked after the plants and shrubs surrounding the house. He was even able to repair the round window at the front of the house which was quite old. Inspite of the rain Rory did a great job.

Painting 3 rooms and building shelves and cupboards for living room alcoves
I would highly recommend Sonic Property Maintenance. All work was completed to a really high standard and we’re delighted with the end result. Customer service was excellent and Rory was really friendly and helpful. We would certainly use Sonic Property Maintenance again.

Replace broken electrical socket, replace sealant around bath, repair broken wardrobe door
Work done to a high standard. Rory was considerate about how he worked around us while we were at home. The work was finished quickly which meant the cost was reasonable.

Light fittings, building raised flower bed, making raised architrave window frames, fitting roman blinds and window furniture and several other small jobs
As with previous jobs, Rory completed these jobs with his customary care and attention to detail. He is amazingly versatile in the type of work that he can carry out and is always happy to discuss different approaches to problems. He is thoroughly professional and a real pleasure to have around the house. We've used him several times over the past couple of years for all sorts of projects: woodwork, electrical and plumbing and will continue to do so. We're very happy with this latest round of improvements.
