Steve was recommended to me to do plans for my single storey rear extension after I had 2 others quote ridiculous costs. I’m so pleased I picked Steve. He visited the house quickly and produced draft drawings to tight timescales. The extension involves building over shared drains and I was very impressed with his expertise, guidance, and dealing with the authorities. Final plans were very good and I got them approved quickly. Steve is incredibly reasonably priced compared to other architects and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
