    Refused to come back out

    The door dropped again a few days after they ‘fixed’ it - refused to come back out to look at it without receiving a £98 call out charge. £120 completely wasted in hiring them. Also nearly 2 hours late

    This was an old aluminium door that had dropped & jammed shut. It was adjusted to the maximum so opened and closed advised the customer nothing else could be done it settled slightly but still working cost £120. Quoted £98 to go back and look at lock.

    Replacement windows

    Stormplan replaced the 4 windows of our first floor flat in Tooting Bec. The quality and style of the windows is fantastic, the fitters were extremely professional and did a great job. The communication and management of the whole thing were top class. Thanks to Kevin and the team for a job done to our complete satisfaction. As a local business, we would recommend that other residents of Heritage Park consider asking Stormplan about window replacements.

    Double Glazed window panel - Renew

    I needed a window unit replaced as the double glazed sealant had perished and the window frosting up and leaking. Stormplan were excellent, the process very straightforward from ordering to fitting the unit. The price also very reasonable. Pay 50% cost as deposit in advance. The overall experience was seamless and Stormplan get 5* from me. Thank you.

    Replacement bay window

    I have used Stormplan before and as an established local company I was happy to do so again. There were a few glitches - a delayed installation due to a broken down van and an incorrectly fitted pane. But on the whole the installation was efficient and any problems swiftly remedied. I would recommend the company.

    Replacement of all 7 windows in my property from single to double glazing.

    Stormplan were really efficient from the start. Kevin came over and quoted up, took it away and then sent the quote later to make sure everything was correct. Time and quality was put into this. Price for the windows was really reasonable too! The survey then happened quite soon after and the windows went in across 2-3days! My home was quite tricky but the installer did a fantastic job! All in all the process from start to finish took 6 weeks which was amazing! Highly recommend

    Installing double glazed windows and new upvc surroundings and frames

    It was a difficult job to do but they did it very well. They kept me informed at all stages and fitted in with my work schedule when needed. They put down dust sheets and left the place clean and removed the old windows and timbers. So I am very satisfied

    Stormplan were excellent. The product is good quality, and the fitters completed the job to a high standard. They also worked through two of the coldest days of the year to get the job done. Also one of the most reasonably priced we could find. Would highly recommend.
