Job location: CV10Vishal came within 24 hours of a job advert posted on checkatrade. I needed new pendant lights and general plug socket works. Vishal was very efficient, polite and conducted the work at a very high standard. He inspected the electrics which were installed over 20 years ago and suggested ways of upgrading the system. I called this company to help find the fault with a blown light switch. Vishal the electrician was very helpful, polite, professional and honest in how he carried out the work. He was able to test and figure out the issue and have the solution with little fuss. Vishal was so much in demand that we did have to wait for a week after the initial contact and appraisal for him to be able to do the work, but when he came he was very friendly, courteous, and obliging. He spent 5 hours on the job, including going to fetch a different light fitting, as one of those he brought proved unsuitable for an unearthed wiring setup. He adhered to the originally agreed price despite the extra work and expense he occurred. I thought his charge very reasonable, especially as he supplied all the light fittings himself, included in the price.
