2Verified ReviewThe works were not carried out to a satisfactory standard, they are no longer good looking and not fit for normal household use. As the lacquer dried over the following 1 to 2 weeks it became apparent that they now have ridges (whereas they were previously flat), some old lacquer remains along edges, uneven filling, the lacquer discoloured as it dried and is weak/ fragile. The floors now scratch and dent easily, to the extent furniture pads did not protect after 1.5 weeks. I requested a resolution and was promised a visit asap, chased and after 3 months still have no visit or resolution.

10Verified ReviewWe were so pleased with the work Andy did and so pleased we didn't fork out for a new floor. The finished floor was amazing, like new really! Andy was here for a week and all the work carried out was done sympathetically for our need to use the hallway and stairs from time to time, it was only one day that we were advised to stay clear of the area. He works methodically and cleanly, there was very little dust. Would definitely use Supreme Flooring Sanding again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.
