Craig responded promptly to the message left on his answerphone. A mutually convenient appointment was agreed and the appointment time was kept. Craig talked through the problem and proposed solution before undertaking the work. The locks now work perfectly again. Craig left the work area clean and tidy. An added bonus was the reduced rate for OAPs. Would definitely use his services again if needed.

Tremendous service. Craig came when he said he would, quickly assessed the job to be done, serviced the lock, reset the hasp, stopped the barrel swivelling 90 degrees, reinstated the hidden screws, and got the whole - 72-year-old lock - working again as good as new. Polite, friendly, professional - excellent. Would VERY strongly recommend.
