Leaking faulty radiator

Toilet Replaced
Sean provided an exceptional service. We had to have a toilet replaced. He was prompt at responding to messages and calls, he provided an accurate and fair quote and he completed the work at a high standard. He left everthing clean and tidy. Fixing leak from toilet, removing water tank and switching to mains, replacing shower,
I cannot recommend SWG solutions highly enough! They removed my water tank from the loft and switched to the mains, doing a perfect job. Sean has since fixed a leak behind my sisters toilet (we had no idea where it was coming from but he found it straight away) which has stopped the frightening leak coming onto her kitchen ceiling. James has also replaced an old shower in my parents property perfect. SWG solutions are incredibly polite, responsive, courteous, tidy and professional. Enquiry for a possible leaking pipe
Had a phone call from a guy called Sean.Was a really friendly on the phone, pencilled me in for the very next day to take a look at a possible job at my parents house. As promised I had a call from another guy called James, he turned up, lovely polite fella. Didn’t waste no time in having a look. He Identified the problem within minutes!Even advised my parents on what next steps to take.He was in and out, couldn’t fault anything at all with their service.You can usually tell when a tradesman’s is giving you a load spill but these guys are not like that at all.100% would recommend! Called Sean for a suspected leak from a pipe which ended up coming from the washing machine.
Sean was able to come quickly and after a few checks found out that the leak did not come from a pipe between floors but rather from our washing machine. Saved us stress and breaking open the floors. He recommended to get the washing machine fixed first (not within his trade obviously) and if it continued to leak to give him a call.
