The work on a property started with a comprehensive damp survey carried out by Mark. Both the report and the verbal advice Mark gave were invaluable. His recommendations broke down into three categories; DIY, general building work and specialist damp work. We decided to go with Swiftcure for the specialist work (there was no pressure to do so) and Mark's son, Michael, duly arrived to knock off about 6 m2 of render and plaster, install a chemical DPC, apply tanking and replaster.
