    Boiler Replacement and new radiators

    Worked ok for first year but then boiler failed continuously with a fault code. Manufacturer would not repair as the boiler had been incorrectly installed against the manufacture's written instructions. Boiler would not function as it was blocked. TDH Heating could not repair. The claim against Checkatrade was outside their warranty date (one year?) and I was forced to have another new boiler installed by others. Not sure if TDH Heating has a valid insurance certificate as none offered or shown on their web site.

    Supply and fit new boiler and radiators

    Problems experienced after 9 months when boiler failed repeatedly. Manufacturer Glowworm reported pipework incorrectly installed. TDH unable to repair due to health issues. Second plumber attempted to rectify issues but more faults occurred. Glowworm technical support revealed today (04/01/2024) that the boiler was not suitable for the site used and there was no solution to the issues experienced by the consumer. The installation is useless and the certificate issued for gas safe was incorrect since the setup did not conform to the manufacturers specification.

    Disgusting attitude, would not recommend to anyone

    TDH heating came out to try and sort out an issue with my hot water system. He was rude, arrogant and very critical; he spoke over me and didnt seem like he wanted to do the work, let alone be there. Awful attitude to have. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

    I’m very sorry that the customer felt this way. I was called out working for SSE subcontracting. It turned out, that I was the sixth engineer to attend! I’m now realising , this is probably due to the fact, that no engineer wants to return to her property.. Anyway, I correctly diagnosed the airlock on her system, and explained she needed a plumber to return, rather than a heating engineer.
