Excellent service from the moment Indy walked through my door, he answered all of my questions which I was happy with plus recommended by two friends. I had spoken to 2-3 other companies before TS and no-one offered to visit my property so how could they pick up things that TS did without viewing. On the day the installation was great , it was a long day for Gary but he was amazing plus the guy that went on my corrugated roof as I ended up putting up scaffolding to be safe . Great service and company but as it was March I haven't been using the same lolm

Replacement of old combi boiler. Initiated by Worcester Bosch, and could not be more professional- day before fitment a pre install surveyor came to take photos, check whole install to prevent any on the day surprises. On the day, installer was punctual, polite, and professional, and left the plumbing neater and tidier than before. Everything all in working order, and no issues since installation. Would recommend.

Very pleased with our new boiler, it seems to be working very well at the moment , quiet , that’s what we wanted. The installers covered our stairs and landing carpet with protective sheets. The job was done within a day.

A very professional job, they also cleared all the mess, removed all the packaging, my new boiler was installed in 5 hours. All has been super no issues. The gentleman who came where polite..and well organised. I cannot fault the work that was carried out. A great professional service. Thanks
