I found Mr Murphy very helpful. His explanations and outline of the work entailed helped me understand what was going to happen. He coordinated the work with my schedule. Almost everything that we agreed upon was carried out as agreed. The finished work was clean, professional and very tastefully done. We had a tree removed as roots had damaged the existing driveway. The team arrived very promptly and got to work clearing the ground and lots of tree roots. Very prompt and quick service. Very efficiently delivered material to site (rear of house) directly into place with lots of tradesmen working on site. Thought it would take 2 weeks but took 4 days. T&M came to our rescue after we'd been ripped off by a rogue trader who took our money and left our garden looking like a building site. Tommy and his team came in, and start to finish, the work took just 3 days. We were consulted about colour, style and design every step of the way. Tommy, his dad John, and his team have just installed a new driveway and fence for me. The process from initial contact to installation went very smoothly. Tommy provided useful information on the best product to use. The installation was done at the agreed time to an excellent standard and the agreed budget. Tommy doesn’t ask for any money upfront. You pay when the job is done and you’re happy. Concerning after sales service after a few days I noticed some white marks on the drive that Tommy came and removed them within 24 hours.
