    James was easy to get hold of and quick to communicate with. He visited the next day and was able to fix the bath plug mechanism and look at our shower thermostat. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Tapmasters again and recommending them to others.

    Responded quickly via phone once request was posted on Checkatrade. Very polite. Arrived on time. The job we tricky as the shower tap was an unusual model. Tapmasters persevered and ultimately solved the issue. Quality tradesman are rare. Tapmasters is quality - 110% recommended!!
