Honest, reliable and professional service
Mike was polite, helpful and reliable. He arrived on time, discussed the options with me and completed the job to a high standard. He tidied up afterwards and charged me exactly what he said he would when we spoke beforehand, no hidden or unexpected extras. Ours was only a fairly small job and I was very pleased that he was happy to travel across the city to do it. I received a proper detailed invoice with details of the work carried out with costings. Removal of old internal telephone cables
Mike responded to my request very promptly, he arranged an attendance date and messaged 30 mins to confirm he was on his way. We had a number of old telephone cables in our hallway and upstairs to old telephone points. He removed all old cables, redundant sockets and repositioned phone socket in a less intrusive position. With 30+ years experience of working with telecoms and telephone systems the proprietor Mike Fletcher has a wealth of knowledge to offer. We are available five days a week 9.00 am - 8.00 pm and 9.00 - 5.00 pm on Saturdays. You can email or message us anytime and we will respond as soon as possible.
Additional phone sockets installed, phone sockets relocated or removed. Fault finding on non-working telephone lines and internal phone wiring problems. Rerouting/repairing phone cables. Troubleshooting & rectifying broadband and Wi-Fi issues.
One of our most popular requests is to relocate the master telephone socket, often this is positioned in a totally unsuitable place, sometimes with not even a mains socket nearby to plug in your router. It is good practice to have your router plugged into the master phone socket, to prevent any degradation in your broadband speed. We can move your master socket to a more convenient area of your home.
In older properties the telephone cables were often run through holes drilled into the wooden window or door frame, as in those days of having to use hand tools to drill holes, wood was a much easier option to drill through, than brick! That's fine until the day comes when you need to replace your old rotten frames for nice uPVC frames, but the fitters won't be able to carry out the work without cutting off your phone and broadband. If that's the case, give us a call.
We ensure that not only is the job carried out to a high technical standard, but with an eye for detail to ensure the job is nice and neat. Furthermore, when we've completed the job we will clean up afterwards and not expect you to clear up after us!
We also supply & install new Panasonic and NEC telephone systems. We also service most other makes of phone systems for small to medium sized businesses.
We listen carefully to our customer's requirements in order to tailor systems that fully meet their needs, priding ourselves on offering a professional and personal service. As well as meeting your present criteria we will also seek to allow for future expansion, as well as suggesting optional extras that will get the most out of your system. However, we won't be trying to sell you something that you will be unlikely to need.
