    Partial power failure during the night

    Having phoned several emergency electricians on Sunday morning without success I was so grateful when Tom actually answered my call. I explained we had no power to upstair lights and all sockets up and down stairs. Tom kindly talked me through resetting the consumer unit and was extremely kind and reassuring. I can't thank him enough and will certainly contact him again whenever I need any electrical work doing.

    Installation of new Consumer Unit (Fusebox)

    Tom responded very promptly to my initial enquiry and came to inspect the existing electrical installation in my bungalow two days later. His recommendations were clear, and he was able to undertake the installation of a new Consumer Unit the following week. Tom and Rafe worked very efficiently on the upgrade and with minimal disruption, keeping us fully updated at all times. His final invoice for the work was exactly as quoted. All the relevant certifications came through within a week. I would definitely recommend TGK Electrical, Tom and Rafe are a fantastic team.

    Tom and his partner were professional and efficient from the start. Disruption was kept to a minimum whilst the work was carried out and we were kept informed of how the work was progressing. They were both obviously experienced electricians and I happily recommend TGK Electrical.

    Island lighting
