Professional and courteous. On time and hard-working. Every issue we had spoken about was addressed and all the fixes they've put in place to resolve them seemed very reasonable and sensible. Will be requesting Dan for any future work we need doing at the house.

Brilliant Job by Gavin at Thames Flame. On time , work carried out to replace Aqualise shower holder , very tidy , friendly and my chrome shower sparkled, Gavin also fixed my sink retractable chrome plug which he noticed had come apart , also cleaned the tap so it was like new ! Great service .

Lovely company. The engineers are very friendly and approachable. Colin, who investigated the problem, and Dan who carried out the work, were both respectful of property and highly professional. Work was completed efficiently and the bathroom left in a neat and tidy state. Communication was great, from the office staff Ellie and William who were very helpful with booking in appointments and sending confirmations and reminders, to the engineers calling to say they were on their way and provide an arrival time. Overall, highly recommend this company.

Dan did a great job! He was punctual and friendly and carried out the drain work successfully on a very hot day! He went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally locked myself out of the house!
