On time, did the jobs quickly and efficiently, no mess. Rick is very good at his job, came highly recommended, and I was happy to le e him to it while I popped out.

Went beyond

Rick arrived on time in proper PPE and spent a good deal of time with us discussing possible causes of the noise and explaining how the system worked as he went. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. While there he also pointed out that the boiler was due a service and did so then and there. Was also happy to advise on a few other plumbing questions I had. Very competitive price, very helpful chap, will definitely become my go-to plumber for any future work.

Arrived on time, Carried out work efficiently and in a friendly, helpful manner. Happy to sort a couple of extra problems while he was here.
