Tracey, who took the initial call about the problem with my boiler was very friendly and efficient and an engineer, Cameron, arrived on time within 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything clearly and in layman's terms. A new part was required and this was fitted seamlessly the following day. Cameron, who was very personable, worked diligently, again giving helpful tips, and I am very pleased with the work undertaken

Excellent engineers. Worked hard to discover the problem with my boiler and helped me to contact the manufacturer to get it sorted out. Eventually the problem was identified by the manufacturer and they taksed The Boiler Engineer to fix it on their behalf which they did excellently.

The engineer was punctual , friendly and polite. He serviced the boiler and checked the gas appliances as part of the annual boiler certification. The company reminds you by email when the annual boiler service is due and the staff you speak to on the phone are always helpful, pleasant and efficient.
