    Contacted for a quote on a new boiler install and they were able to visit within the hour and get me a price same day and good advice about it. While I did ultimately have to go with a different company with payment plans I fully recommend this one.

    No pressure on combi-boiler

    I’d bled my radiators, the pressure gauge went to zero and showed an error F1. Mike was brilliant…he phoned me back immediately and sorted my boiler no problem …it was 6pm on a Friday and I was so worried I’d broken the system. What a hero…a true gentleman. Thank you so much Mike. I totally recommend The Boiler Wizard…an outstanding customer service.

    Mike came out to us at short notice to replace our broken boiler, all work carried out is neat and tidy and at a fair price. He explained the full job and reasoning for doing it. Would highly recommend.

    Fitted new oil boiler

    Mike came when he said he would, he worked very hard for the days he was with us. Explained what he was doing and what stage he was at. What would happen next. The job was finished when he said it would be. All work was excellent. He went above and beyond to help with a couple of small jobs that came as a result of removing the old boiler. These were not within the scope of original work but he was very happy to help. I would certainly recommend him and plan to ask hin to do further plumbing work.

    I can always recommend The Boiler Wizard, I've never had a bad experience, he gets the job done and he has a friendly demeanor whilst he does it. They have fixed a few different issues for me overall, and when I message him about a potential repair he's often able to check in that same day. It's rare to find such a reliable and responsive service these days. In short, he's skilled, dependable, and a pleasure to have over! I cannot recommend him enough!
